LINQ Connect

The TITAN Family Portal has been upgraded to LINQ Connect. There’s no need to change your username or password. It will all transfer to the new platform for you. Here are some exciting upgrades to enjoy:

Streamlined menus help you see more with fewer clicks
Visit your app store and find “LINQ Connect” available now in the Google Play Store and the Apple store (available soon), to download the new app and enjoy these new features. Just log in with your existing username and password. If you use a browser, visit to log in.

Pre-Payment Options

Online Payments (Credit Card)
Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience. Please note, a student ID number is required. 
The online payment system allows you to pay by Visa or MasterCard. There is a small fee per transaction. All credit card transactions must be completed online in the LINQ Connect meal payment system. For security reasons, credit card meal payments may not be accepted over the phone.
Check Payments
Due to COVID-19, cash payments will not be received. Check payment can be dropped off at your school’s front office or mailed directly to Child Nutrition Services at 1401 Inglewood Ave, Redondo Beach, 90278.
If your check payment is returned from the bank you will be charged $25.00 for the first check and $30.00 for the second check. Check payments will be declined for the entire school year if your check is returned the third time. Any additional funds left in the student’s account at the end of a school year will be carried over into the next school year.
Balance Transfers and Refunds
For balance transfers or account refunds, please email requests to [email protected]. For balance transfers, please include both students’ full names and amount being transferred. For account refunds, please include the name of the student(s), amount to refund, check payable name and mailing address. The district will not issue a refund check for a meal balance account under $5.00. If you have a balance under $5.00, you may request a balance transfer to another student in the district or a transfer into the district’s donation fund.
