RBUSD Employees that qualify for health benefits also receive employer paid life insurance and Long-term disability insurance through Lincoln Financial group. All eligible employees may choose to elect additional coverage for themselves, spouse or dependents. Without evidence of insurability (EOI), employees may elect up to $250,000 in coverage. Below is information about electing additional coverage.
P&A Group is the district's vendor for section 125, which includes flexible spending accounts (FSA) and dependent care. Funds will be dispersed monthly to employees. The sections 125 plan year is 1/1/2022 through 12/31/2022.
