Reserve Disclosure Requirements
The reserve disclosure requirements are to hold a public hearing disclosing the reserve balances as follows:
A. 3% Minimum reserve level required for the current and subsequent two years:

B. Amount of assigned and unassigned ending fund balance greater than the 3% minimum in the budget and subsequent two years:

C. Reasons for the reserve being greater than the 3% minimum:
In order to maintain solvency, District cash reserves should be sufficient to cover one month's payroll and operating expenses.
