Notice of Public Hearing for the Southwest SELPA Governance Council

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Southwest SELPA Governance Council hereby gives notice that a virtual Public Hearing will be held as follows:

TOPIC OF HEARING: ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN AND ANNUAL BUDGET PLAN FOR 2020-2021

These Plans may be inspected at: swselpa.org under Policy/Procedures

After the Public Hearing, the SELPA Governance Council will adopt the plans for the Southwest

HEARING DATE: Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 8:15am

VIRTUAL HEARING: This Public Hearing is being held virtuallyvia Zoom teleconference, in accordance with Governor Newsom’s Executive Orders N-33-20 and N-29-20 respectively in regard to the COVID-19 virus.

ACCESS TO HEARING: To request access to the teleconference, please submit request by 12:00 noonon June 15, 2020, by emailing irina_martinez@swselpa.orgwith the subject “Public Hearing Access”.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: Members of the Public have the right to present public comments.with the subject “Public Comments”. Comments must be received by 12:00 noonon June 15, 2020. Individuals areasked to state their name and school district for the record. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Members of the Public have the right to present public comments.Comments must be emailed in advance to irina_martinez@swselpa.org
