Middle & High School
Parent/student emails the classroom teacher to report the damage to the Chromebook.

The teacher will create a Help Ticket so be sure to include the student name and email with detailed and specific information about the damage.

The IT Department will contact the parent/student to arrange the pick up of a loaner device which will be scheduled Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 10am-12pm.

If possible, we strongly recommend the use of a home device that can be used instead of getting a loaner.
